«Pale lager are the most widespread beers in the world and are perceived as real “beer”, the beer par excellence.

Nonetheless its production requires attention because ingredients are few and definite. When a beer is simple, it does not mean that it is simple to be produced, but quite the opposite: the brewer must “put his cards on the table” because every flaw will be evident to less expert consumers too.
