Spicy. Produced by simultaneously grinding selected olives and red chilli peppers. Like all our other flavoured condiments, it is extracted, with our two-phase decanter, directly from the ground olive and chilli paste, and comes out directly with the typical red colour. It stands out not only for its characteristic spicy note, but above all for its fresh pepper flavour, very pleasant and persistent over time.
Recommended use: ideal raw on pasta with tomato sauce, penne Arrabbiata, especially on red-based pizza, legume soups.
