2022 production 750ml. “Colline di Romagna” is a high quality Extra Virgin Oil, produced with olives mainly of the Correggiolo variety harvested from around mid-October to mid November. Appreciated for the renowned organoleptic characteristics which earned it the “Protected Designation of Origin”. With a pleasant taste and typical aromatic notes, it owes its distinctive qualities to natural factors, such as the podiatric characteristics of the soil and the particular microclimatic conditions in which the hills of the Provinces of Rimini and Forlì-Cesena are found.
Recommended use: rich salads, raw on chickpea and bean soups, fish, vegetables, pasta, bruschetta, and for sautéing white meat.
